Christ Evangelistic Ministry extended its mandate of taking the Gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to the nations through a powerful international evangelistic mission in Nairobi, Kenya, reaching communities in Kibera, Africa’s largest urban slum, and Lang’ata.
The mission was undertaken in partnership with Agape New Testament Fellowship, Nairobi, Kenya, with the shared vision of proclaiming the Gospel, reaching the lost, demonstrating the love of Christ, and bringing hope to communities.
Reaching Souls Through Diverse Evangelistic Methods
In fulfilling the Great Commission, the ministry adopted various evangelistic approaches to reach people from different backgrounds. These included:
House-to-house evangelism, providing opportunities for personal interaction, prayer, counselling, and the sharing of the Gospel.
Mass evangelism, through which the message of salvation was proclaimed to large gatherings.
Sunday worship service with Agape New Testament Fellowship, where the Word of God was preached and believers were encouraged and strengthened in their faith.
These activities created opportunities for people to hear the Gospel, respond to the message of salvation, and experience the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Demonstrating Christ’s Love Through Compassion
As part of the mission, the Christ Evangelistic Ministry team, led by its President, Evangelist Israel Kesse-Sam, and its Vice President, Mrs. Adjoa Kesse-Sam, also participated in the distribution of food at The Christian Best Camps of Kenya.
This act of compassion reflected the ministry’s commitment not only to preaching the Gospel but also to demonstrating the love of Christ through practical support to people in need.
A Powerful Harvest for the Kingdom
The Kenya mission was marked by a remarkable move of God. The ministry witnessed a massive harvest of souls, testimonies of healings and deliverance, an outpouring of the Holy Spirit, and a renewed spiritual awakening and revival among those reached.
The mission stands as a testimony to the faithfulness of God and to the power of the Gospel to transform lives and communities.
