Kumasi, Ghana – March 29, 2026
As part of its ongoing Prison Ministry outreach, the Christ Evangelistic Ministry (CEM) team paid a Gospel visit to the Kumasi Central Prison on Sunday, March 29, 2026, bringing a message of hope, redemption, and transformation to inmates.
During the visit, the team ministered the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, with a powerful sermon delivered by the President, Evangelist Israel Kesse-Sam, centered on “The Power of the Blood of Jesus Christ.” The message resonated deeply with the inmates, leading to a significant number of salvations, alongside healing, deliverance, and spiritual revival.

In addition to the spiritual impact, the Ministry demonstrated practical love by donating various food items to support the welfare of the inmates. Copies of the Holy Bible were also distributed to encourage continued spiritual growth among them.
Following the ministration, the team was taken on a brief excursion within the facility by DSP Bawa, who also conveyed heartfelt appreciation on behalf of the prison authorities. He expressed gratitude to Evangelist Israel Kesse-Sam and the entire Christ Evangelistic Ministry team for their generosity, compassion, and commitment to impacting lives through the Gospel.

The outreach forms part of CEM’s broader mission to extend the message of Christ beyond church walls, reaching underserved and often forgotten communities, including inmates across Ghana and beyond.
The visit ended on a note of renewed hope, as many inmates embraced the message of salvation and the transformative power of faith in Jesus Christ.
